While I have had an interest in photography most of my life it is only in recent years that I have had the opportunity to pursue it. Throughout the years I have learned the strengths and weaknesses of both the equipment, the light and the photographer.
The content here is simply pictures taken as I go through life. Nature is not as simple to photograph as it looks, and the environment, bird or animal can move or change quickly without warning. It does not pose graciously and say cheese. These challenges have helped me to appreciate composition, depth of field and the beauty of a moment caught in time.
